Expert Staff to guide the program and help you with your unique needs: Chitra Oka, MS, is the Director of Life Services Network's Confidence Satisfaction Survey Program. She brings extensive experience in data analysis, statistics and database management to the Confidence Program. Ms. Oka received her bachelor's degree in Biology and master's degree in Health Science from Pune University in India and completed a second master's degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Massachusetts. Scott Parker, MBA, is Director of Marketing and Communications for Life Services Network and leads the Confidence Satisfaction Survey Program marketing activities. Scott has 10 years of marketing strategy and tactical implementation experience within the healthcare, real estate and consumer markets. Scott received his MBA from DePaul University. Prior to jointing LSN, Scott was the Director of Marketing for the Institute of Real Estate Management, and has held marketing management positions within health care organizations and management firms. Alex Kos, MS, is Director of Marketing & Development for Life Services Network's Confidence Satisfaction Survey Program. Alex brings a great level of for-profit and non-profit experience having served as Executive Director of Business Partners in Chicago, as well as on the Executive Board of several community-based organizations. Alex received his bachelor's degree in Economics from Beloit College and his master's degree in Human Services Administration from Spertus College. Amanda Kay Wyatt is Customer Service Coordinator. She joined the Confidence Team after graduation from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Anthropology and Technical Theater. She has been a student ambassador to New Zealand and Australia, an Olympic Spirit Award recipient, and is a multi-award winning public speaker. A Chicago native, Amanda loves visiting the many museums and zoos the city has to offer. In her spare hours, she also coaches high school level public speakers. She looks forward to working with you to make our older adult services the best they can be for both customers and care takers. |
