Confidence PDQ is an enhanced Satisfaction Summary and Priority Planning Tool that provides clear “messaging” of overall results in three key areas. Components of the Confidence PDQ target:

• Performance (evaluation of services, health/personal care, and programs)
• Distinction (“value-added” services and amenities, quality of life dimensions, wellness programs, and security/safety factors)
• Quality (overall measure of satisfaction with the community and recommendation of the community by customers)

How will the Confidence PDQ benefit communities?
